I scanned the coverage of Fathers Day to find campaigners in UK who put the case well for sharing work and care between mothers and fathers.
Leave entitlements in UK do not facilitate the substantial sharing of care between mothers and fathers in the first years after a baby is born. It’s time to have a proper debate about why this is and what to do about it.
